Biography. Sadie Corré was born on May 31, 1918 in Bognor Regis, Sussex, England as Sarah Corré and began acting at age 7 (on the Palace Pier, Brighton), beginning eight decades of performing. Corré was educated and trained at the Italia Conti stage school, and first professional role was in the opera Madam Butterfly at age 12.
